Turkey broth – five elements

bitter – boiling wated, thym and turmeric a bit
sweet – carots, parsli root, cumin seeds a tea spoon
hot – ginger powder – a tea spoon or half, seleri root a slice, leak, 2 medium onions cut in halves, garlic cloves – 4 or 5, some black pepper, some chilli cayenne powder
salty – some salt
sour – some dry basilic, fresh or frozen green parsli and/or green seleri leaves

boilt till it s soft, especially meat
about 1 hour
add turmeric, cumin seeds or powder, black pepper a bit

enjoy ur meal
it will keep u warm and healthy in winter and spring’s beginning
