It can happen thru years, over years kinda giving more and more, getting more and more intense. It s an ongoing process. My first was about 2007. With first yoga, first awakening to new agy Walsch and Osho.. But I had such small experiences even back in 1990 while participating in youth movement while chanting, singing, praying, doing music..it always put me in that state. It s a mystical state. I have always had it. The earliest is from childhood in a church while all was dark at dusk and women singong godzinki prayer to Mary and candles everywhere.. That were first mystical experiences. I could be 10 or younger..<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">In 2007 all accelerated. In 2013 it accelerated even more.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">In 2019 it s like a speed of light..<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">I ve been doing yoga, meditations, singing, dancing, playing guitar or drawing painting writing or studying.. Or making love or watching the river or running or swimming.all that puts me in that state of active kundalini<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">But in 2020 is different<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">I met him<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">And it s the hell so much stronger..<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">Twice<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">Cause souls reinforce together when reunited.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">Kundalini gives extra power for doing things for the world and the process of healing and cleansing is very quick..so quick that depression is frequent and suicidal thoughts when body and mind doesnt keep up with the soul..<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">Then it catches up<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">Sometimes it s hard<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">Mostly it s a bliss<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Kundalini is not one event.
