Relacje Toksyczne :

I've read books about codependency and alcoholism that are personal diaries. Books on paper and
Books in the form of blogs. I've also read many therapeutic books. However, I've never read a book that addressed the topic of alcoholism and codependency broadly, as a spiritual issue related to personal development, psychological, psychotherapeutic, and spiritual. To be clear, I've read such books and heard such statements, but not directly in the context of alcoholism, but rather toxic relationships in society. I'm talking about the works of philosophers, psychologists, and spiritual activists such as Krishamurti, Christ, Buddha, Aristotle, Carl Jung, Ayn Rand, and Nathaniel Branden. But I'm also talking about Polish psychologists like Katarzyna Miller, Jacek Santorski, and Ewa Woydyłło, whom I greatly respect.
I'd like to combine these. Combine personal stories, specifically stories related to codependency, primarily female, with elements of philosophical and psychological perspectives.
But the real reason I'm writing this book is that I can't stop writing anymore. It turns out that until now, I haven't written a single word about what matters most in my life: my childhood trauma and my toxic relationships...
