THESE ARE CIRCLES FOR WORKING ON ONE’S FEMININITY, ONE’S PROBLEMS.
\nA specific topic is helpful and determines what kind of art and knowledge we find for ourselves to express ourselves.
\nCircles on a particular topic are held once a month.
\nThere are 12 topics.<\/p>\n

Fourth Circle – Self-Healing

\nWhat you will participate in:
\n* Creating a therapeutic creative circle.
\n* What I come with…
\n* My health condition, energy condition, my body type. Am I in harmony or disharmony? – cards and board
\n* Natural Medicine, Chinese, Indian, shamanic, herbalism — what do we use? we share.
\n* Calming and relaxation. Massage and touch. Feel your body. Feel your senses. What kind of woman are you? What phase of womanhood are you in? How do you perceive the world? Mokosz, Marzanna, Dziewanna and \u0141ada.
\n* The basics of energy cooking or 5 Transformations coffee.
\n* Basic methods of protecting your energy and some basic methods of calming and self-healing (EFT, Prana, Reiki, Visualizations).
\n* What I leave with…
\n* Closing the circle.<\/p>\n
